Our online tattoo consultation form is designed to gather as much detail as possible to help us create your perfect tattoo. Please complete all sections thoroughly.

Setup Fee: $80.00
Design Fee: $100.00
Quote Total: to be provided after consultation

Important: An $80 setup fee will be added to your total. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.
