Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Brother Tip Tattoo & Art. Please review our refund policy carefully:

  1. Deposits:
    All deposits are non-refundable. However, deposits are transferable to a new appointment date, only if the artist is available. Please make sure to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible to secure your new date.

  2. No-Show or Late Arrivals:
    If you fail to show up for your appointment or arrive more than 30 minutes late without prior communication, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will be canceled. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded or transferable.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms, as they help us maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling process. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

All gift vouchers purchased from Brother Tip Tattoo & Art are non-refundable. Once a voucher has been issued, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused vouchers, or cancellation of services.

Transferable Use

Gift vouchers are transferable and may be used by another person if the original recipient chooses. Please note that vouchers must be presented at the time of booking or appointment to be redeemed you can change appointment dates with valid notice.

Expiry

Gift vouchers are valid for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Please treat gift vouchers like cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
