Brother Tip Tattoo & Art VIP Subscription Terms & Conditions

Effective from the date of purchase.

By purchasing a Brother Tip Tattoo & Art VIP Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Options

We offer two membership options:

Monthly Membership – billed every month.
Yearly Membership – billed annually at a discounted rate.

Your membership becomes active immediately once your payment has been successfully processed.

2. Membership Benefits

While your membership remains active, you may receive access to the following benefits:

No-deposit tattoo bookings.
Priority access to available appointments.
Early access to custom tattoo designs before they are released publicly.
Complimentary Brother Tip Tattoo & Art aftercare package following your tattoo appointment.
Monthly subscriber-only giveaways.
Exclusive monthly tattoo voucher discounts.
Complimentary drinks and snacks during tattoo appointments.
Invitations to Brother Tip Tattoo & Art VIP events.
Access to any additional benefits introduced during your active membership.

All benefits are exclusive to active subscribers and are subject to availability.

3. Active Membership

Membership benefits remain available only while your subscription is active.

If you cancel your subscription, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Once your subscription expires, all membership benefits will automatically end.

Brother Tip Tattoo & Art can verify all active memberships through our secure subscription system.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

If cancelled:

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
No further payments will be processed.
Once expired, all VIP benefits will cease.
Rejoining in the future is subject to current pricing and availability.

5. Refund Policy

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required under New Zealand consumer law.

6. No-Deposit Tattoo Bookings

The no-deposit booking benefit is available only while your membership is active.

If you make a booking using this benefit and your membership expires or is cancelled before your appointment date, Brother Tip Tattoo & Art reserves the right to request the standard booking fee to secure your appointment.

Repeated no-shows, late cancellations or excessive appointment rescheduling may result in the removal of the no-deposit benefit or cancellation of your membership.

7. Priority Bookings

Priority booking provides earlier access to available appointments where possible.

It does not guarantee a specific artist, appointment date or appointment time.

8. Voucher Discounts

Subscriber discounts are available only to active members.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriber discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, voucher sale or special offer.

Discount amounts and offers may vary each month.

9. Monthly Giveaways

Monthly giveaways are exclusive to active subscribers.

Prizes are not redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated.

Prize values and contents may vary each month.

10. Brother Tip VIP Event

Our annual Brother Tip Tattoo & Art VIP Event will commence once our community reaches 30 active subscribers.

As our VIP Membership launches towards the end of the year, our first VIP Event may be held in December 2027.

The event date, venue and inclusions may change each year.

Brother Tip Tattoo & Art reserves the right to postpone, relocate or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum attendance requirements are not met.

Only members with an active subscription at the time of the event will be eligible to attend.

11. Membership Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and respectful environment for our artists, staff and clients.

Brother Tip Tattoo & Art reserves the right to suspend or cancel a membership without refund where a member displays abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intimidating or unsafe behaviour towards our team or other clients.

12. Non-Transferable Membership

VIP Memberships are issued to one individual only.

Memberships cannot be shared, transferred, sold or assigned to another person.

13. Studio Policies

All tattoo appointments booked under the VIP Membership remain subject to Brother Tip Tattoo & Art's standard studio policies, including but not limited to:

Booking procedures.
Age restrictions.
Health declarations.
Tattoo suitability.
Appointment rescheduling.
Cancellation policies.
Studio Terms & Conditions.

14. Failed Payments

If a scheduled membership payment cannot be successfully processed, your membership benefits may be suspended until payment has been received.

If payment remains outstanding, Brother Tip Tattoo & Art reserves the right to cancel the membership.

15. Changes to Membership

Brother Tip Tattoo & Art reserves the right to introduce new benefits, modify existing benefits or discontinue specific membership benefits at any time.

Where significant changes occur, active members will be notified.

16. Ending the VIP Membership Programme

Brother Tip Tattoo & Art reserves the right to discontinue the VIP Membership programme in the future.

Should this occur, active members will be provided with reasonable notice and no further subscription payments will be charged following the programme's conclusion.

17. Limitation of Liability

Brother Tip Tattoo & Art is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the VIP Membership or from changes to membership benefits, event scheduling or promotional offers, except where liability cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
